The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to ensure on-time deliveries and optimal demand planning performance across our operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer demand, shipment plans, and past-due performance.
- Ensure the timely supply of raw materials and inputs to meet the production schedule
- Integration of customer, supplier, and pricing databases to support decision-making
- Control and tracking shipments
- Production and material control based on specific requirements
- Control of finished product inventories and efficient resource utilization
- Daily review/monitoring of client portals
- Ensure availability of empty packaging in plants for finished product
- Monitor / Follow communication systems with clients in system
What skills and qualifications should you ideally have to become part of our team?
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 3 years of experience in Logistics, Planning, or Customer Service (Essential).
- Customer portals (Essential for OEM / Tier 1)
- High English level (Essential)
- Knowledge in process related to the C-TPAT Certification
- Knowledge in process related to the IATF Certification
- Inventory control, demand analysis, and problem-solving
