Scope
- Reduce production costs to generate greater profits for the company by maintaining standards in cycle times and applying continuous improvement in production lines as well as creating and maintaining work instructions, packaging methods and manufacturing specifications.
- Management of customer portals of the main automotive brands in the world (Europeans, Asians and Americans)
- Management and administration of BOMs in the plant
- Identify and recommend methods to improve worker efficiency and reduce waste of materials and utilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate the production process and evaluate potential changes
- Main customer service contact
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in the automotive sector (Essential)
- Experience in machining (Essential)
- Bachelor's degree in either Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- English
- Core Tools
- AIAG
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOMs, TAC Time, packaging processes
