Handle Human Resource Development Fund (HRD Corp) administration, including applications and claims, and provide advice on HRDF matters and the latest circulars. Possesses good and hands-on knowledge and skills in HR Learning Systems (SAP, SuccessFactors). Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving skills.
