Expertise in HR payroll processes for minimum 2 years.
Flexibility and the ability to work both, independently and in a team
Structured working methodologies with high affinity for data
Confident user of multiple payroll systems
Excel intermediate level
Evaluation skills and analytical thinking
Passion for working with different HR systems and digitalisation of processes, as well as a proactive, hands-on mentality to contribute to different implementation initiatives.
Degree with a focus on HR, Economics or similar studies
Things to know before departure:
Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
Employment contract: Unlimited

Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German (B2-C1) & English
Flexibility & willingness to travel
