Core Competencies:
Architectural & Technical Expertise - Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas, with basic understanding across others:
Design of hybrid architectures across On-prem, Edge, Private and Public Cloud including;
Virtualization and Hardware Sizing Considerations for the fulfillment of non-functional requirements;
Integration & Connectivity Know-How (Design Patterns, Interface Types, Messaging, Event Streaming);
DevOps & CI/CD Know-How (Pipelines, IaC);
Security & Compliance Know-How (IT Security, IAM, OIDC Integration);
Modeling & Documentation Skills (S-AD, ArchiMate, UML, ADRs);
Architectural Methods & Principles (Microservices, Event-driven, Serverless);
Basic knowledge of Containers & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm);
API & Data Architecture Know-How (REST, GraphQL, Caching Patterns);
Certifications:
AWS Solution Architect (Associate), at least AWS Cloud Practitioner;
TOGAF Architect;
Additional Expertise:
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Requirements engineering;
Ideally familiarity with Volkswagen process and governance frameworks;
(Optional) Knowledge of Manufacturing / Industrial IT;
(Optional) SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience;
(Optional) Understanding of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (e.g., TOGAF);
(Optional) Experience with VW DPP (Digital Production Platform).

Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
