Job Profile Summary:
CCA's Global Aftersales Engineering organization has responsibility for the service deliverable readiness of every GM vehicle globally. These include: service part release, service information, labor time guide, service part catalogue, diagnostic software, service programming, pre-delivery inspection forms, customer service information and special tools.
Responsibilities:

Ensure serviceability of design for their assigned program(s), developing, validating and implementing common serviceability specifications;

Participating in local and global technical reviews and program meetings to support serviceability requirements;

Participating and best practice guidelines, beginning in early development, throughout program launch and ultimately through the end of the product’s life;

Exercises decision-making skills sufficient to propose solutions to leadership and a plan for utilizing established procedures to create new solutions;

Develops stable working relationships internally exchanging standard/basic information with colleagues and immediate supervisor, project leaders and other professionals in the team. Contributes to discussions relevant to the direction and priorities of own area;

Support the execution of After-Sales Engineering work.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent);

Advanced of oral and written English communication skills;

Strong written & verbal communication skills;

Analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult;

Interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others globally;

Project Management skills (team work, organizational, priority setting, problem solving, negotiating, innovation).
Desirable skills:

Spanish is desirable;

Demonstrated knowledge of vehicle systems;

Data management skills, power BI, math data.
