Analyze product costs structure and identify as well as implement cost down measures within the entire supply chain, e.g. through yield, test cost, material cost, manufacturing cost or process improvement A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering or a related field At least 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry with deep understanding of technical aspects of supply chain and manufacturing processes Proven experience in leading complex projects and method skills Gained new insights by questioning existing assumptions as well as challenge the status quo to explore new paths (e.g. digitization, improvement of processes) Strong communication, negotiating and presentation skills to manage global and multicultural stakeholders and networks successfully Fluent English language skills We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
