About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague who will join our production team in Beijing plant.
What you can look forward to as Process Engineer:
- Create and optimize work instruction, FMEA, CP and related SAP data.
- Arrange trial and standard produce of new production and define standard work time with related department.
- Analyze the quality problem with fish bone chart,5-why, find the root cause and make measures.
- Maintain the equipment, fixture and spare part, purchase auxiliary material.
- Optimize production process to improve the production efficiency.
- Design and improve fixture to give better support to production.
- Lead 8D project, now product project and cost down project.
- Responsible for regular technical training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Profile as Process Engineer:
- Bachelor degree or above, Major in mechanic or related
- At least 3 years assembly experience of mechanical production
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
- Proficiency with SAP and MS-Office.
