Quality : Understanding of NAS (incident registration and quality indicators). Promote BIQ4 processes like GMS. Audit and countermeasures fro gramming, WPO. Hygiene and costumer's service.
Responsiveness: Ensure timely and promptly services deliveries. Comply menu options, snack, special options and overall contract conditions. Familiarity with ISO 9001, Distintivo H, and Distintivo M standards. Accuracy employee's pay roll charges.
Response : Knowledge of planned and corrective maintenance (including indicators).
Cost : Budget (BDGT), forecast (FCST), contract comply penalties and recoveries. ARIBA and SAP PR and PO's management. Timely comply payable accounts.
Environmental: MX Regulation, Environmental NOM's and GM Requirements

Position Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in cafeteria or food service administration.
- Languages: Intermediate English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of cafeteria services, ensuring quality and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor service contracts.
- Control budgets and optimize costs without compromising service quality.
- Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
