Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on NIGHT SHIFT . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.

The role of the eMSP Billing & Reporting Analyst encompasses eMSP Public Charging customer refunds, payment adjustments, and assistance with reporting & reconciliation for GM and CSO’s. The purpose of this collaboration is to ensure efficient and accurate handling of financial transactions, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain financial compliance. The analyst is required to perform manual customer refunds, adjustments, and exceptions, and preparing GM and seller reports for payment reconciliation.
What You'll Do

Customer Billing Support (Refunds, Adjustments, Exceptions)

Public Charging Reporting & Reconciliation (Assist Finance & Accounting with reporting & reconciliation between CSO & Adyen; Assist Finance & Accounting with reporting & reconciliation with Adyen)

Process manual customer refunds, adjustments, and exceptions in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Review and analyze payment transactions to identify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraud.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as EV Concierge and Finance, to resolve payment-related issues and provide exceptional customer support.

Maintain accurate records of refund transactions, adjustments, and exceptions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to compliance requirements.

Assist in the reconciliation of payment data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, IT or related field

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results

Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques

Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation
