Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Support the evaluation of innovative product concepts through data collection and structured analysis Partner with idea owners to surface risks, quantify value opportunities, and validate product potential via market research and customer feedback Contribute to the creation of insightful, data-driven product proposals with actionable execution plans to inform go/no-go decisions Assist in preparing investment analyses, outlining required skillsets, and maintaining clear execution roadmaps for each initiative Coordinate and align with cross-functional teams; facilitate collaboration with stakeholders, external partners, and customer validation processes Maintain project documentation, research repositories, and status updates; track key assumptions, dependencies, and milestones Monitor and report on KPIs tied to discover progress, validation outcomes, and decision readiness; flag blockers and recommended next steps Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed As a Staff Analyst Software Venture, you will support the evaluation and refinement of high-potential software product ideas from early discovery through actionable recommendations. You’ll assist with technical and business analysis, cross-functional coordination, and customer validation to help inform feasibility, viability, and go/no-go decisions. You will work closely with senior leaders and idea owners to translate insights into clear, data-driven proposals and execution plans. Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field +5 years of experience in strategy consulting or startup working in deep-tech or hardware software business ideas Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into concise, data-driven proposals and recommendations Demonstrated capability to lead complex evaluations across multiple stakeholders and disciplines Exceptional analytical skills are paired with clear, persuasive communication abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment Very good English language skills Contact: Darana Andrade, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
