What awaits you?
Your mission is to ensure a flawless start-up of the new component production line by establishing robust, standardized processes and effectively managing quality and operational interfaces.
- Lead the setup of processes, workflows, and standards for the new component line, aiming for a successful launch in 2026.
- Drive process creation and harmonization across diverse concepts and suppliers, implementing standards aligned with central plant management and technology functions.
- Ensure ramp-up of stations and processes meets quality requirements—including testing, equipment specifications, and special characteristics—while strictly adhering to technical drawings.
- Act as the primary Production-Quality interface, leading the Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) planning for the new line.
- Coordinate, audit, and challenge all rework processes, quality checks, and related analyses.
- Focus on continuous follow-up to optimize processes, reduce scrap, and minimize quality issues, waste, and costs by improving ergonomics, process stability, and utilization.
- Build and maintain a supportive global network with other Energy Module Plants to share Lessons Learned and coach local process leaders and machine operators.
- Serve as the production liaison to equipment suppliers during commissioning, pre-series, and serial production phases.
What should you bring along?
We are seeking a hands-on technical expert with strong project leadership skills who can execute a major line launch.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline with related professional experience.
- Proven expertise in coating, painting, and drying applications, with a focus on wetting and drying technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and verify special characteristics.
- Experience with camera technology (placement, geometry checking, etc.) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated success launching new production lines or stations, with strong shopfloor experience.
- Previous project management experience is a plus.
- Fluent English.
