What awaits you?
- Establish a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure high technical availability of production lines and workshop equipment.
- Plan and coordinate various maintenance activities for the production lines, including those involving external suppliers.
- Collaborate with operative maintenance, controls, and methodology teams to optimize production processes and systems.
- Utilize maintenance-related systems (e.g., SAP) to effectively manage maintenance planning tasks.
- Coordinate and oversee all suppliers providing services in the energy module area, including defining scope of services, monitoring performance, managing working hours, and handling payments.
- Support associates with technical issues and communicate technical changes and updates to relevant personnel.
- Build and maintain a strong network within the plant, including NSM, Purchasing, Maintenance Departments, Facility Services, and IT.
- Ensure the availability of spare parts and general maintenance materials to support both reactive and planned maintenance activities.
- Drive new project development in collaboration with other departments, based on analysis and action plans aimed at optimizing production performance.
- Lead the implementation of digitalization projects within the maintenance scope.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering of Mechatronic, Chemistry, Mechanic, Electric or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience.
- We are seeking recent graduates with less than one year of post-graduation work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, presentation skills, and data calculation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in electrical and mechanical design of machines, strong communication.
- Fluency in English.
