The Role:
The SaaS Deployment Lead is responsible for managing and executing the deployment of core IT SaaS tools and software across the Global Deployment organization. This role ensures seamless implementation, user adoption, and ongoing support by coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical deployment, and end user enablement.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Lead SaaS deployments for core IT tools on an enterprise level.
- Conduct end user product testing to ensure quality and usability.
- Develop and execute end user deployment plans, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Coordinate end user training and create supporting documentation.
- Manage end user communications to ensure awareness and adoption of new tools.
- Coordinate with vendors to align deployment activities.
- Partner with IT Engineering, Corporate Communications, Corporate Legal, and various stakeholders to drive successful deployments.
