Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Data Product Lifecycle Management Define and maintain the Data Product Lifecycle framework Ensure alignment with the enterprise data strategy and governance principles Drive and monitor data product maturity and adoption Stakeholder management Collaborate with data product owners in the data domains, business units, and technology teams to ensure successful design, creation, deployment and integration of data products Facilitate cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions Enablement services Develop and provide toolkits, templates, and training to support data product owners and data stewards, e.g., to calculate and generate value from data products Coordinate with IT and platform teams to ensure technical enablement Cultural change & advocacy Promote data governance principles and the value of data products Act as a change agent to foster a data-driven culture across the organization Governance & compliance Ensure data products comply with internal policies and external regulations, e.g., proper curation of data products in the data catalog, adherence to EU AI Act Support assessments related to data governance Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable field Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with data and enjoyment in working with complex data structures Experience deploying data governance frameworks and data product concepts Knowledge of data lifecycle management, metadata, and data quality principles Background in data architecture, data strategy, or data stewardship Experience in stakeholder engagement and change management Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams Excellent communication and facilitation skills Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset Project management or agile delivery experience Solid technical understanding, ideally, experience with data platforms (e.g., Denodo, Azure, Databricks, SAP etc.) Experience in the Semiconductor industry * Fluent in English and in German Contact: Dagny Alexa Romeike, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
