What you can look forward to as Business Travel Expert (m/f/d):
• Travel Policy Management: Develop, implement, and maintain travel policies; ensure compliance
• Travel Expense Processes: Streamline travel expense processes with accounting; monitor expenses
• Collaboration: Work with security and safety teams; coordinate with departments; handle travel-related inquiries
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with travel vendors; negotiate contracts; monitor vendor performance
• Travel Agency Liaison: Act as primary contact for travel agencies; ensure high-quality service
• Processmanagement: Enhance business travel booking processes; support agencies and vendors, Ensure travel expenses stay within budget
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on travel policies and expense reporting

Your Profile as Business Travel Expert (m/f/d):
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in travel management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of travel policies, expense processes, and vendor management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in travel management software and tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, strong analytical skills to monitor and manage travel expenses
