Set up and maintain lab bench characterization equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of lab characterization activities. Develop lab bench characterization automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy, and create systematic documentation, handbooks, and guidelines. Participate in regular communication with key stakeholders across remote sites through weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly calls, providing timely and accurate updates on project status. A Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field. In-depth knowledge of semiconductor electronics, with more than 5 years of relevant working experience. Strong technical expertise and a keen interest in learning new skills and technologies, particularly in the area of MOSFET technologies. Solid interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented attitude. Good presentation skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to clearly communicate technical information and project updates to various stakeholders.
