Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Understand the details of oneSAP Production Scheduling (PS) and Detailed Scheduling (DS) to ensure operational stabilization. Address system and process-related topics concerning oneSAP PS and DS. Drive back-end–wide oneSAP sustaining activities for Production Scheduling (PS). Define and establish KPIs for oneSAP to be used as stabilization indicators. Act as a change agent and ensure governance on work methods and compliance for new oneSAP PS features, ensuring proper implementation and long-term sustainability. Manage relevant projects involving cross-functional teams. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or any equivalent field. Minimum of 8 years of working experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing process planning, especially in an SAP environment. Good understanding of Infineon Supply Chain systems and tools. Knowledge of Production Planning, Lot Scheduling, and Dispatching.
