We’re looking for a Web Activation Lead to help us bring our global digital vision to life. In this role, you’ll lead the launch of new websites across markets on our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. You’ll be the go-to person for orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring every launch is smooth, on-brand, and impactful.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end activation of new websites on Adobe CMS, from planning through go-live
- Coordinate across global teams, agencies, and technical partners to align on launch timelines and deliverables
- Manage localization, compliance, and brand consistency across all site launches
- Own QA processes including functional testing, content validation, and performance checks
- Support onboarding and training for regional teams adopting the new platform
- Document and refine activation playbooks, workflows, and best practices
- Partner with analytics, SEO, and UX teams to ensure every launch meets performance and experience standards
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in digital project management, web operations, or CMS platform rollouts
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS
- Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering complex web initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams
- Familiarity with localization workflows, QA tools, and agile methodologies
- Experience launching multilingual websites across global markets
- Background in digital marketing, UX, or content strategy
- Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and accessibility standards
- Bachelor Degree required
