Key responsibilities in your new role
- Code example development for PSOC, Traveo, Aurix.
- Demonstrator development for PSOC, Traveo, Aurix.
- Complex customer issue support for PSOC, Traveo, Aurix.
- Mentoring Junior engineers on complex customer issues.
- Interacting with cross functional teams to own and solve a customer issue.
- Training Field applications engineers on the advanced topics
- Leading discussions in customer calls.
- 10% time in customer visits to present technical topics.
- International travel required at least once in a year for about two weeks.
- Documentation support (Application notes, technical reference manual, datasheet updates or new documents) for all the product families.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- B.E. /B. Tech in ECE degree with 10-12 years experience in embedded firmware development and customer support.
- Able to understand Schematics, Layout of the PCBs.
- Proficient in embedded C programming.
- In-depth knowledge on blocks of microcontrollers up to IP level and the communication protocols - I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CXPI etc.
- Should be comfortable in debugging complex customer issues using Oscilloscope, multimeters and other protocol sniffers which might take months to solve.
- Customer support experience is plus.
- Should have excellent business communication skills.
