You will be part of the Global Supply Chain Advanced Analytics team, which is responsible to develop supply chain data solution that provide actionable and impactful insight. This role is expected to be an innovator in developing use cases, concepts and solutions for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence system. This role is required to work with cross-functional experts which help to shape and improve Supply Chain processes, Production Network processes and Subcontracted Manufacturing, leveraging on data analytical skillset and systems. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Implement and benchmark cutting-edge large language and multi-modal models and Agentic AI systems, analyzing their emergent patterns and system performance bottlenecks Lead and/or support end-to-end data science projects, including data cleaning with large data sets (including processing, manipulation, analysis, modelling, etc.), analyzing data trends, correlations, and patterns, translating data into insights to drive business and operational decisions Act as an analytics translator, communicate complex data-related requirements (from the business) to other parties (e.g. IT) Facilitate interactive design sessions with business user, and use experimentation methods and design tests to optimize visualization experiences Support supply chain in the creation of analytical solutions that range from developing and delivering models, to digging for insights and translating them into actionable plans Understand business context, identify and scope business requirements and priorities, formulate problem/opportunity statements through rigorous information gathering and analysis as well as clarification of the solutions, initiatives and program to enable effective delivery Continuously explore and evaluate state of the art techniques to improve AI solutions efficiency and effectiveness, stay up to date with the latest data science technology, trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate the most feasible ones Develop skillset, training systematics, provide expertise and promote mindset of Digitalization, Advance Analytics and Artificial Intelligence including GenAI solutions to the organization Be able to leverage advanced data analysis skills, to prepare complex data analysis and models towards problem-solving Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Ph.D or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or related fields Strong foundation in deep learning, with a particular emphasis on generative models A track record of at least 5 years of relevant software development experience in modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch High analytical skills and keen perception to approach new challenges Strong communication and presentation skills in English Contact: [email protected] #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
