The Finance Analyst for our Business Services functions will be driven and detail-oriented to support with insightful financial analysis, performance tracking, and strategic decision support. You’ll work closely with IT, HR, Legal, Commercial and Marketing to deliver financial insights that drive efficiency and value.
· Build strong relationships with stakeholders to provide trusted financial support and collaboration
· Identify financial risks and opportunities by understanding strategic objectives, people, and processes
· Enhance stakeholders’ financial acumen through clear guidance and partnership
· Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, forecasting, and agile decision-making
· Partner with budget holders on annual plans, forecasts, and performance reviews to drive informed actions
· Translate financial trends and data into meaningful insights and recommendations
· Optimize spending within Financial Regulations and lead cost-cap efficiency initiatives
· Deliver monthly performance reports, KPI tracking, and variance analysis to monitor progress
· Ensure accuracy and quality of financial data, supporting system and process improvements
· Drive continuous improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives within finance

What do you need to bring to the team?
· Recent graduate in Finance related degree or relevant finance experience
· Intent to pursue a professional finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
· Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Confident communicator with the ability to challenge, influence, and support non-financial stakeholders
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
· Enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team
· Willingness to use latest business intelligence tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI) to interrogate data, problem solve and provide recommendations
· Tenacious, reliable and flexible attitude to work
