As a working student, you will support us in exploring innovative AI-based solutions for vehicle trajectory forecasting.
What awaits you?
- You will support extracting and preprocessing training data from existing vehicle trace datasets.
- Furthermore, you help utilize the current rule-based path prediction system as a reference for model training and evaluation.
- In addition, you contribute to designing and implementing AI models tailored for vehicle path prediction.
- Moreover, you will assist in training models on prepared datasets and evaluating their performance using appropriate metrics.
- You also help analyze results with the team and suggest improvements.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in computer science, engineering, data science or a related field.
- Solid foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in Python programming and experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn.
- Experience with data engineering tasks including data cleaning, transformation and dataset generation.
- Basic understanding of vehicle dynamics, sensor data and map data is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Good English skills; German is a plus.
