The Role-
1. Thermal Calibration Engineer
2. Virtual Thermal & HVAC CAE Engineer
What You’ll Do -
1. Thermal Calibration Engineer
- Perform computational simulations to evaluate heat transfer and dissipation across vehicle system components.
- Predict and validate the performance of HVAC systems (air conditioning and heating) within the vehicle cabin.
- Support optimization of vehicle thermal control strategies for enhanced energy efficiency and passenger comfort.
- Analyze and balance heating and cooling priorities for electric vehicle components such as batteries, drive units, and cabin environments
-In vehicle testing, calibration and validation related to thermal performance
2. Virtual Thermal & HVAC CAE Engineer
-As a Thermal Engineer Intern, you will use simulation tools such as GT-SUITE, Star CCM+ and MATLAB/Simulink to analyze and improve thermal performance across vehicle systems. Your work will focus on HVAC performance, battery cooling, and thermal management. You will also support the development and analysis of CRFM (Cooling, Refrigerant & Fluid Management) & HVAC systems to ensure efficient heat transfer and fluid flow in electric and conventional vehicles.
Both roles offer hands-on experience with industry-standard simulation tools and the opportunity to contribute to the virtual development & Thermal calibration of future vehicles, helping reduce physical testing and accelerate innovation
