Hybrid - This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Oshawa Elevation Centre or Markham Elevation Centre three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business].
What You Will Do
Working closely with and reporting to the National Brand Marketing Manager – Cadillac, the Marketing Segment Manager (MSM) Cadillac Canada monitors and analyzes market dynamics to develop and coordinate strategic plans and marketing initiatives. This role will support the Cadillac portfolio of ICE vehicles along with the new Cadillac Electric Vehicle portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Be the Canadian subject matter expert for the entire Cadillac vehicle portfolio.

Partner with the Brand Team to achieve business plan targets including sales, market share, profitability, and brand health

Monitor and analyze the luxury automotive competitive landscape to inform Cadillac’s retail and go-to-market strategies.

Lead the development of monthly retail incentive plans through the Retail Planning Meeting (RPM) process.

Create impactful sales, marketing, and training tools for field staff and dealership personnel.

Conduct detailed analysis and provide strategic recommendations across brand management areas including incentives, market dynamics, competitive positioning, packaging, pricing, and volume.

Collaborate with Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC counterparts to ensure cohesive showroom strategy and alignment.

Support the development of new product programs by advising on packaging, positioning, pricing, and marketing strategy.

Drive flawless execution of product launches and model year transitions.

Strategically manage product lifecycles to optimize launch timing, maintain competitiveness, and maximize long-term profitability.

Simplify dealer ordering processes by reducing complexity, enhancing configurator tools, and aligning packaging with demand-driven insights.

Deliver clear, strategic proposals to senior leadership that articulate business impact and competitive positioning.

Support PR Communications in crafting media press releases, coordinating interviews, and producing content for Media Ride & Drive events.

Build strong relationships with U.S. Product & Brand Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and collaboration.

Develop distinct Canadian brand positioning tailored to market needs.

Partner with Cadillac Advertising & Communications to create comprehensive marketing plans and agency briefs.

Lead the creation of strategic, concise brand plans that support Cadillac’s marketing objectives.
