Business Controller
We are searching for a new colleague in Pančevo!
What can you look forward to as Business Controller:
- Product costs calculations, investment planning, preparation of applications, and follow-up reporting, including cash flow prognosis and impacts
- Improvement of business processes and support of critical business strategies: recognizing deviations (material, scrap, productivity, general budgets) and defining countermeasures
- Support of all stakeholders within the plant in financial matters: tracking, analyzing, and interpreting figures and business processes
- Set-up of productivity tracking and close follow-up, especially with production departments
- Monthly and yearly closing activities, creation of reports, and commenting on deviations (Reporting activities)
- Budgeting, planning, and reporting
- according to the requirements of local GAAP and IFRS
Your profile as Business Controller:
- Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in cost accounting or production controlling
- Expert-level knowledge with Microsoft Office and SAP R3 System
- Fluent Serbian and English language; German language skills are beneficial
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
