As a Corporate Real Estate Associate - EMEA on our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive. Your Role In this role, you will guide the full spectrum of real estate activities across the EMEA region, leading partnerships with internal customers and managing new construction and retrofit projects. You will have the opportunity to provide strategic oversight while demonstrating hands-on leadership and effective collaboration with teams from various business functions. Key responsibilities in your new role: Supporting the Real Estate and Facility Management team for EMEA by serving as a trusted real estate business partner to internal customers and occupiers Overseeing the end-to-end real estate process, from conception through implementation Ensuring that facility management services are delivered at agreed service levels Representing Infineon as a corporate real estate partner in key projects Driving optimization of office and R&D locations, including planning and coordinating new construction and retrofit initiatives Collaborating closely with internal and external partners, including R&D, sales, construction, legal, finance, and treasury, to deliver outstanding results Traveling internationally up to 20% of the time Your Profile You are committed to excellence, adaptable in a fast-changing environment, and passionate about adding real, lasting value through creative problem-solving and teamwork. You deliver results independently and work collaboratively, even when priorities shift. Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Holding a degree in real estate, facility management, economics, or an equivalent field Bringing at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial real estate and facilities management within an international setting Possessing market know-how and a solid professional network in the real estate industry Demonstrating a strong background in project management with leadership experience in managing multiple, complex projects Working independently while balancing multiple deadlines and priorities Applying excellent analytical skills and commercial awareness, outstanding time management, and organizational skills Communicating, facilitating, and building relationships effectively, with a proven ability to build trust with colleagues and partners * Speaking English fluently (mandatory) and German proficiency is a plusPlease send us your CV in English.
