The Role:
Drive digital platform improvements using data, A/B testing, and research. You will write detailed requirements, manage the day to day agency delivery schedule, and ensure race-day operations and real-time data flow are seamless.
- Product Development & Delivery: Prioritise the backlog and refine requirements with the technical product engineer, driving the delivery of both BAU fixes and large-scale projects (e.g., full web/app redevelopments).
- Testing & Optimisation: Lead A/B testing initiatives and conduct user research (focus groups/interviews) to formulate hypotheses and drive data-informed improvements.
- Relationship & Operational Management: Manage external partner relationships and internal stakeholder expectations while overseeing race weekend operations, live data delivery, and product financial administration
What we're looking for in you:
- Significant Experience in Digital Product Management: Proven history as a Product Manager with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in platform redevelopments.
- Analytical & Technical Mindset: Expertise in A/B testing and proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CrazyEgg) to drive data-informed decisions.
- Strong Collaboration and Communication: Excellent stakeholder and partner management skills, combined with a detail-oriented approach to organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Operational Acumen (Preferred): Familiarity with financial administration tasks, including managing POs and invoices.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office
