Support the development of an efficient and effective operational Team.
Increase efficiency to +90%.

Measures:
Meeting the mission objectives (detailed above) which are measured and monitored through the data and metrics collected by the company.
Purpose of the job:
The purpose of the role is to support the Technical Laminating Supervisor in the day-to-day running of the Laminating, Break-Out and claves departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day department discipline including back to works and time keeping performance.
Recording daily rosters of operators.
Setting appropriate overtime and monitoring effects to fulfil daily job sheets.
Carry out appraisals when required with cell leaders.
Carry out disciplinary hearings as and when required.
Monitoring and authorising holiday requests.
Setting and completing the daily job sheet.
Ensuring kit wo numbers match job sheet when handing out work.
Maintaining a close relationship with the technical supervisor to assure job sheet is complete.
Feedback to scheduling of any issues affecting the completion of the daily job sheet, including parts not cured overnight.
Ensuring breakout is complete by 1pm each day.
Identifying operators to be upskilled
Maintaining and updating the skills matrix throughout the clean room.
Keep mould log up to date and plan in refurbishments as needed to maintain good quality.
Solving issues such as missing paperwork, missing parts, job queries etc.
Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
Setting and un-setting the factory alarm whilst following company last man out procedures.
Assist in taking stock out of the main stores and vendors as per the Clean Room requirements.
Assist with monthly WIP count.
