The Job
Responsibilities
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll be delivering high-quality data and reporting solutions that empower teams across the business. You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and developing strategic and operational reporting solutions
- Writing and troubleshooting SQL queries and report performance issues
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to align reporting with team needs
- Supporting self-service users with Power BI guidance and training
- Developing and maintaining Fabric data pipelines for certified datasets
- Promoting the importance of quality KPIs as drivers for change
- Staying up to date with Microsoft technology roadmaps and leveraging Fabric for innovation
- Providing documentation, training, and day-to-day support across BI functions
- Assisting IT colleagues with technical challenges and contributing to ITIL Change Management
You’ll be working with tools such as Power BI (DAX, data modelling, transformation, and visualisation), T-SQL, SSRS/Paginated Reports, and APIs. Experience with Fabric, Power Automate, Python, Azure technologies, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
