BMW Financial Services, Farnborough - Vendor Management - 13 Month Placement (July 2026)
What awaits you?
- The support and coordination of vendor management activities for BMW Financial Services and Alphabet automotive and non-automotive suppliers. This will involve working with the Vendor Commodity Managers, Vendor Risk Managers and the Sourcing Data Analyst.
- You will be accountable for the management and maintenance of our contract management system, supplier risk management portal and KPI management systems. This will include maintaining details of all supplier’s contracts, supplier performance and supporting with tender activities across the Vendor Management team.
- Supporting the Sourcing Data Analyst with the development and provision of Management Information for the Sourcing Department and other key stakeholders within BMW.
- Within the role you will liaise with many varied internal departments and external organisations who we have existing supplier relationships with or are looking to use for future services.
- The role is extremely varied and allows you to gain in depth knowledge of a corporate business from all aspects whilst giving many opportunities for learning and development.
