Work Arrangement:
Onsite: This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to their assigned plant on a full-time basis.
Each successful candidate will be offered an onsite role at a specific location. Candidate location preferences are considered but cannot be guaranteed.
What You’ll Do:
As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for support in one of the key areas: manufacturing/warehouse operations, supply chain systems and processes, launch execution and scheduling and material management.
You will act as a liaison between purchasing, engineering, warehousing/manufacturing, logistics and suppliers to resolve issues and to provide support.
Executing work you're doing in support of supply chain organization's business objectives. You will provide support of one of the key areas within Supply Chain. Ensure business objectives goals are achieved or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, people, product and financial initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting relationship management and offering support to warehousing/manufacturing and suppliers.
Position supports plans and issues resolutions to ensure no or minimal impact to the supply chain.

Specific physical requirements of the position include the ability to:
- Walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Read standardized work instructions, operate machines and tools, and perform quality inspections.
- Promptly detect and respond to safety instructions, alarms, and signals.
- Wear personal protective equipment, for example: safety glasses, gloves, hats, ear plugs, and safety shoes.
- Work in a loud manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled (conditions can be hot or cold).
- Frequently and repetitively bend, twist, kneel, crouch and reach to perform work.
- Lift or carry materials weighing up to 15 pounds and periodically carry or lift materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Occasionally sit, climb (including ladders and lifts) and drive vehicles and equipment.
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, Business/Management or Organizational Leadership
- Must be graduating between August 2025 and June 2026
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- Must be willing to work in a plant environment

- Exposure to reading blueprints and understanding basic engineering documents
