Tasks
• Independently manage ongoing accounting • Processing and executing payment runs • Posting bank and cash transactions as well as credit card statements • Reconciliation and maintenance of accounts • Monthly reconciliation of intercompany settlements • Reviewing and posting all business transactions • Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and IFRS, as well as assisting with VAT returns • Supporting tax audits and the preparation of financial reports • Supporting ongoing financial accounting projects
Requirements
• Completed basic commercial training or an equivalent qualification • Further training as an accounting clerk • Professional experience in accounting • Confident use of MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage • Precise, independent, structured, and reliable working style • Quick comprehension and good understanding of context • Team-oriented, discreet, and service-oriented personality • Very good knowledge of German and English, Italian is an advantage
