Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a racing mechanic
Strong mechanical ability and work ethic
Fabrication experience is preferred but not required
Exceptional attention to detail
Positive attitude
Essential Duties:
Full-time travel with the team as a mechanic
Tire specialist work may be required
Race week car prep
Suspension / interior / side skirts
Perform other duties as assigned by the Crew Chief and Car Chief

Body Fabricator
Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble body panels and body parts for JGR cars.
Measure and meet tolerance requirements per engineering build specifications.
Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with Nascar rules, and JGR quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Experience using portable CMM’s (Romer, Faro, etc) is a plus
Desire to work in a collaborative, demanding, and fast-paced development environment
Flexibility in work hours and patience with a dynamic schedule
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team.
Previous experience in NASCAR Cup, NXS, or Truck series is a significant advantage.
