Work Arrangement
This role is categorized as on-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to HQ Building in Shanghai, China three to five times per week by needs.
The Role -
Support GM China in market and competitive analysis, NEV portfolio planning, and content preparation, while exploring AI-based tools and models to improve forecasting and daily work efficiency.
What You’ll Do -
- Support Autoshow tour guide preparation and report generating
- Support data collecting, analyzing and visualization on key OEMs product information in China market with focus on local OEMs
- Support analysis on Auto Industry Business Environment and trends/developments (political, economic, social, technological, environmental regulations and policies, legal environments)
- Support preparation of portfolio planning related meetings/ workshops (presentations/ logistics/ meeting agenda, meeting notes)
- Video clipping on competitor key features
- Support Forecast modeling optimization
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelors or Masters Student in a top university
- At least 3 working days per week for 6+ months
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Critical thinking/Strategic Agility, Drive for results, Interpersonal skills. Good level of analytical ability / organizational skills, excellent computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet and presentations)
- Strong interest in Automotive industry, strong willingness to learn and self-motivation
- Modelling or programming skill preferred
