What you can look forward to as Head of Regional Purchasing APAC
- Regional Business Partnering, collaborate with the regional leadership team to drive financial and operational performance, contributing to regional profitable growth.
- Purchasing Strategy & Execution, lead regional purchasing team to manage regional suppliers， maintain strong supplier relationships, guided by well-defined supplier strategy to ensure quality, cost, delivery and project performance.
- Cost Management,deliver material cost savings through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, VAVE initiatives, and should cost knowledge.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination, lead supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration across divisions and external partners to support long-term business goals.
- Team Leadership & Development,promote ZF Way, build team capabilities through coaching, cross-training, and succession planning to ensure a resilient and high-performing organization.
Your Profile as Head of Regional Purchasing APAC
- Professional: Virtual Leadership skills to lead multicultural Networks; Change management and persuasion skills; Professional in Negotiations; Substantial Knowledge of TCO, supply markets, cost-drivers; Good Financial Knowledge and cost orientated; Masters degree relevant education.
- Personal: Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking; well coordinated and service minded team player; Rigor in managing challenging targets; Bi-lingual.
- Experience: More than 15 years work experience in global sourcing. Technical background is preferred
