What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Act as a strategic liaison between General Motors (GM), its dealerships, and IAM stores.
- Provide mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly and annual sales and service targets are met.
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and other feedback channels to identify and address gaps or opportunities.
- Support product launches to ensure effective marketing and advertising across the network.
- Build and manage strong relationships with commercial partners.
- Oversee staff training and ensure compliance with GM’s standards and objectives.
- Assist in inventory management, including vehicle and parts ordering and stock stabilization.
- Analyze dealership sales, local market trends, and competition to identify revenue opportunities.
- Drive growth in vehicle and parts sales across the GM network.
- Support customer issue resolution and ensure high service standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage teams indirectly.
- High level of relationship-building and empathy with commercial channels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, Power BI, and AI-driven sales technologies.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
