You will provide 2nd level support of Windows and Linux virtual clients: Incident/Request/Problem/Change Management;
You will coordinate with 1st and 3rd level support;
You will be in charge of provisioning new virtual clients via the existing software distribution infrastructure (SCCM, Azure);
You will release and patch management;
You will log analysis;
QualificationsQualificationsQualifications
Previous experience in the operation and support of virtual clients (VMware/Broadcom/Omnissa Horizon View);
A good understanding of VDI concepts (configuration and provision, patching, clones & master images, group policies);
Experience with Windows LDAP Directory and Active Directory (AD management, creating and maintaining groups, etc.);
Experience working with software distribution solutions like SCCM (installations, updates);
Advanced level of German and English;
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Amazon Workspaces or similar;
Working knowledge of BMC Remedy and;
Atlassian suite (ITSM, Jira, Confluence etc.);
Things to know before departure:
Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full time (40h); 27 vacation days
