You will take on responsibility for the order management process with ownership of client portfolio. This also includes the conception of new ideas and solutions.
The following tasks await you:
Timely and correct project and order creation using SAP CRM and SD;
Monitoring of timely time recording on the projects as well as correcting the time recording in SAP;
Responsibility for the monthly invoicing of projects and monitoring of open items;
Support in the context of monthly and annual year-end closing processes;
QualificationsQualificationsQualifications
2-3 years of job experience in a Sales back office, Order management or Accounts receivable department;
Expertise in working with SAP, in particular the modules SD and FI/CO;
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Advanced level of German and English (B2-C1);
Your way of working is characterized by entrepreneurial and independent action, as well as a strong assertiveness;

Things to know before departure:
Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full time (40h); 27 vacation days
