Provide technical expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, with a focus on role and user provisioning Perform in-depth analysis of system errors, dumps, and incidents Utilize diagnostic tools and system logs to identify and resolve issues Implement configuration changes and apply effective workarounds as required Collaborate with specialist departments and external service providers; maintain accurate documentation in the BHB Customize workflows to meet business requirements Report software bugs or system issues to 3rd-level support and track resolution progress Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of the application landscape

Provide technical expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, particularly in role and user provisioning Apply knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SC) to support governance, risk, and compliance processes Manage SAP users and roles, including creation, maintenance, and optimization Ensure compliance with security and authorization standards in SAP systems

Things to know before departure:
