Configure, develop, and optimize SAP HCM replication frameworks, including BIB, Employee Central Point-to-Point Replication, and custom replication via CPI
Develop and support ABAP programs and enhancements within the SAP HCM area
Troubleshoot and resolve replication errors between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central
Support integration of SAP HCM with other SAP modules and third-party systems
Collaborate closely with functional HR teams to ensure accurate and reliable employee data replication
Perform technical design, conduct code reviews, and maintain comprehensive system documentation
Ensure the quality, stability, and performance of replication solutions
QualificationsQualificationsQualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on HCM modules
Strong understanding of the SAP HCM data model and core HR processes
Hands-on experience with HCM Replication frameworks, including BIB, Employee Central Point-to-Point, and custom replication via CPI
Experience with SAP CPI/CI (Cloud Platform Integration) for designing, building, and monitoring replication scenarios
Proficiency in debugging both ABAP programs and CPI iFlows
Knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly the Employee Central data model and processes
Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
Experience working with Agile methodologies, ideally within SAFe frameworks
Degree in IT, Computer Science, HR Information Systems, or a related field
Things to know before departure:
Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full time (40h); 27 vacation days
Employment contract: Unlimited

Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, German is still a must
