This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Mountain View, CA three times per week, at minimum.
The Role
We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Manager, Compensation to lead complex compensation initiatives in a rapidly growing organization. This role will partner closely with senior leaders across our Bay Area business units, requiring deep expertise in compensation strategy, analytics, and stakeholder influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of compensation strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Bay Area leadership, providing insights and recommendations on base, bonus, and equity programs.
- Analyze complex data sets to drive decision-making and ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
- Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to support offers, promotions, and retention strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of compensation professionals.
