Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute the monthly collection, consolidation, and in-depth analysis of company performance data.
* Conduct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
* Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
* Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
* Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
* Take charge of the maintenance and enhancement of reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency;
* Support in monitoring the company's economic performance indicators through reporting, consolidation, cost analysis, and budgeting techniques;
* Contribute actively to strategic discussions based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in administration, finance and controlling / similar roles
* Proven experience in the manufacturing or distribution sectors.
* Strong knowledge of Egyptian financial regulations and standards.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Fluency in English and Arabic.
