Main tasks
Administrative support for daily workshop operations, including document handling, data entry, and correspondence
Maintenance of service logs, part orders, and workshop schedules
Procurement and inventory management of workshop tools, supplies, and consumables
Budget tracking and reporting for equipment and production-related expenses
Coordination of purchase orders and invoice processing
Support in organizing race and test event logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements
Preparation of documentation for motorsport events (e.g., customs clearance, technical reports)
Internal communication support between workshop staff, engineers, and management
Assistance with HR-related administrative tasks (e.g., timekeeping, payroll support)
Organization of internal meetings, briefings, and workshops
Documentation and compliance tracking (e.g., machine service records, TÜV inspections)
Qualifications
Completed vocational training or degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
Several years of experience in administration, logistics, or operations, ideally in motorsport or automotive environments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
Experience in budget handling and procurement processes
Knowledge of motorsport logistics and FIA/WRC regulations is an advantage
Fluent in German and English
High level of reliability, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
