As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for creating standardized reports by researching, data mining, preparing, and analyzing a wide range of reports for various stakeholders, including Regional VP, Regional Sales and Marketing Manager, Regional Area Manager, Customer Delivery Manager, Area Managers, and Customer Parts Manager. This includes creating reports on topics such as ESA exceptions, MPU/ESC, Port Installed Accessories, Teleservice, Vessel/Pipeline, Loaner Fleet, Retail Detail, New Car/CPO/non-MACO, Three Level Target updates, TMSi Training Grids and Appeals, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and tracking Aftersales incentives, providing 1099 forms to the Tax Department, and preparing weekly forecasts and floor traffic reports.
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Research and prepare business review for MACO, Franchise Committee, Sales Manager Conferences, Marketing Conferences, and CPO presentations.
- Ensure corporate identity for all dealer meeting presentations by coordinating and assisting with dealer meeting AV presentations.
- Send presentations to attendees, when necessary.
- Assist Center Development and Dealer Support in the preparation, research, data mining and presentations for business reviews.
- Prepare tracking reports as deemed by management and field team.
- Attend local market and business review meetings when necessary.
In support of BMW Group’s business objectives, this position requires regular attendance at a BMW office/facility with remote work capability (hybrid).
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Preferences: Bachelor’s in Business Management, Finance, or Marketing
- 1-3 years of work experience with policies, procedures, and center operations
- Must be able to work with SAP IFT, Cognos, Hyperion Web Analyzer, PRIMA, etc.
- Working knowledge of financial reporting systems, statements, warranty procedures, and management structures

Relocation is available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position is $50,300.00 - $83,000.00.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
