Modelo de trabalho: Presencial. Responsabilidades: Cuidar das normas e diretrizes da empresa, mantendo o seu patrimônio e cuidando da segurança; Administrar as finanças de implementações de projetos; Desenvolver projetos voltados a redução de consumo de tintas, solventes e resìduos; Desenvolver novos fornecedores; Administrar e acompanhar serviços contratados; Buscar melhorias de performance e qualidade do Processo de Pintura nas áreas de pré-tratamento, tinta elpo, aplicação de Primer , Base e Verniz; Coordenar ações de Problem solving de qualidade e controle de processo de Pintura Auxiliar na implementação de novas ferramentas de processo; Acompanhar as instalações, rearranjos, try-out das máquinas e equipamentos, novos produtos; Liderar e acompanhar desempenho da equipe de técnicos de controle de processos, Aplicação de GDHS; Dar suporte técnico às áreas produtivas; Domínio nas ferramentas de procedimentos de especificações e instruções locais e globais; Atualizações de documentos técnicos (FMEAs, GMWs, IESs, PQRSs, etc). Requisitos mandatórios: Superior completo em Engenharia Química; Conhecimento em processos de Pintura Automotiva; Conhecimento intermediário em Power BI; Conhecimento em GMS; Disponibilidade para atuar em diferentes turnos e aos fins de semana; Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em São José dos Campos. Requisitos desejáveis: Inglês Avançado; Possuir experiência anterior com liderança ou coordenação de times de Manufatura será um diferencial.
