Warranty Clerk (m/f/d)
Assessment of warranty and goodwill claims to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Preparation of warranty and goodwill applications, taking application deadlines into account
Ensuring audit-compliant and complete documentation in warranty and goodwill cases
Collaboration with service advisors and workshop managers in the preparation of flawless warranty and goodwill applications
Monitoring of open actions and orders
Encouraging service advisors and workshop managers to prepare qualified complaint reports
Requesting repair instructions
Authorizing credit notes in goodwill cases
Monitoring warranty applications and making corrections if necessary
Checking credit notes for completeness and forwarding them to accounting
Allocation of costs for rejected warranty and goodwill applications as well as for returned parts
Billing and ensuring repair documentation in the warranty or goodwill order
Reporting to the After Sales Manager and manufacturer
Requirements
Successfully completed, Commercial vocational training
Confident use of MS Office
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An affinity for numbers and a good understanding of business concepts
A strong service orientation
Class B driver's license
