Technology Expert (m/f/d)
Ensuring and sharing product knowledge regarding Porsche Connect and E-Performance and coordinating the charging infrastructure at and in the Porsche Center Bamberg
Supporting the sales team by conducting vehicle presentations and test drives, particularly to communicate new technologies
Conducting second deliveries to provide detailed explanations of the vehicle and technical innovations with a focus on E-Performance and Porsche Connect
Activating/enabling all demonstration vehicles and fleet vehicles with the relevant Connect services
Organizing and coordinating the installation of charging equipment prior to vehicle delivery
Actively selling Connect services
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial training
Professional experience in a car dealership (service or sales)
Confident customer service, confident demeanor
Communication and teamwork skills
High affinity for sports cars
Well-groomed appearance
Class B driver's license
Good English skills
