Position overview
The IT Governance and Audit Analyst at Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA) is responsible for working as a part of the IT Projects and Governance team to assist with internal and external audit tasks, directive compliance, BCM/disaster recovery initiatives, and IT budget management and invoice processing. Primary responsibilities include tracking audit tasks and deliverables, conducting quarterly user access reviews, supporting directive rollouts, updates and compliance, assisting with BCM and disaster recovery documentation, tracking overall department expenditures, managing vendor relationships as they pertain to the invoice process, and providing insight into budget forecasting and reporting any anomalies. The IT Governance & Audit Analyst will need to develop strong working relationships with IT and business colleagues.
Roles & responsibilities
Primary responsibilities:
Supports the rollout of new IT directives and all activities required to ensure compliance with directives. This includes localizing group directives, creating training materials, drafting internal communications, and gathering, assessing, and reporting on controls defined within the directives.
Assists with the annual review and update of IT directives, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Prepares documentation and provides support for internal and external audits, exams, reviews, internal controls tests of effectiveness, etc.
Works with the IT team to remediate internal audit measures and prepares documentation of evidence to close any open measures.
Conducts the quarterly user access review process for all Porsche North America entities. This includes gathering all system data, uploading and formatting data, generating and issuing reports, tracking review completion, following up with reviewers, and ensuring all noted changes are completed. Will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all data within the Zilla Security application. This role will serve as the superuser of the Zilla Security application.
Supports the business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives by meeting with business departments and assisting with plan documentation and testing
Tracks monthly IT expenditures against PCNA IT budgets, informs Controlling of necessary reclasses, and provides insight into forecasts
Completes intercompany invoicing and reporting to each Porsche company as necessary
Completes wireless invoice processing and reporting to each Porsche North America company and department each month. Reviews and analyzes data and ensures that any required corrections are made. Works with the vendor to resolve wireless billing disputes and monitors costs.
Manages the invoice process for several vendors and communicates discrepancies to the vendor
Works closely with other IT teams, Procurement, Controlling, and Accounting to ensure that PRs, POs, and any other required documents necessary to do business are completed and approved per company directives.

Education:
4-year Degree in Information Technology, Information Sciences, Computer Science, or Business Administration
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a comparable position
Minimum of 1 year IT internal/external audit experience
Skills:
Understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC)
Budget management and general accounting principles in regards to IT expenditures
Business continuity and disaster recovery knowledge
Zilla Security experience is a plus, but not required
Vendor management
Expert experience with standard Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Overall understanding of applied information technology

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$90,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reports compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
