As an employee (m/f/d) in the telephone operator, you will be responsible for professional and exclusive customer service. You will conduct a variety of telephone conversations with new and existing customers, accept orders, schedule appointments, and provide information about our service offerings. You will also forward calls internally to the appropriate colleagues and support the service team with organizational and commercial tasks.

Your qualifications:
Completed commercial training, ideally with car dealership experience
Dedicated career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Structured and independent working style
Confident with common MS Office applications
